The Weigh Station Cafe supports taking a local approach to the freshest ingredients. The cafe encourages growers to make overabundance of fruits, vegetables or herbs available to the restaurant.
The Weigh Station offers an extensive menu for our patrons throughout the day. For breakfast, we have a variety of omelets, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes and more. Our lunch and dinner menus offer a variety of sandwiches, Panini, Tex Mex and dinner entrees. Make sure you leave room for dessert. Our desserts are the creations of Susan Lamb, a local pastry chef, and are available exclusively at our cafe. Instructional cooking classes with our chef Dave Patrick, Wyalusing native and a graduate of New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, VT, are held on Monday nights from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the growing season. These classes are one of the ways we demonstrate different ways to enjoy local treasures. These classes are free to anyone that desires to share our passion for food with us.
The River Room, a second floor meeting room just off the balcony, is available to the public. This room seats up to 25 and is furnished with a hand-hewn canoe in the rafters as well. Reserve this room for your next event or meeting today.
